Expand your custom Leading brand toy Brick city or town with this new custom model that is designed to fit easily with your existing Modular setup. This Modular building is in the Corner Building style and features an alleyway and external stairway to a custom apartment.  

Inside our DELI you will find a kitchen to prepare sandwiches, plenty of seating inside and out, and a great apartment upstairs! The rooftop features a gigantic custom DELI sign featuring sandwich accents on each side!

Your modular city inhabitants want to have somewhere nice to eat and have a sandwich with their friends, so build this awesome DELI so they have somewhere to go when they feel like a lunch. This is a modular build, which includes a detailed interior with a spacious seating area and a full apartment with kitchenette and recliner.
